About The Owner

Joseph Chandler was born and raised on Sand Mountain where he learned the value of hard work alongside his grandfather working on the farm. He joined the United States Coast Guard in 2005 where he served on the U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Reliance WMEC-615.

"As a Coast Guardsman you spend a lot of time cleaning and maintaining the ship" and that's where he gets his sense of thoroughness and mission ready quality. After his time in the service, he spent 13 years working in Operations for American Express. There he learned the values of customer service and delivering an excellent experience every time. 

Drawing off those experiences he founded "Midwatch Commercial Cleaning LLC." The name comes from the watch hours of 0000-0400. Our cleaners are dedicated to delivering quality service at any hour. 

When he started his business he was committed to one thing, delivering consistency and quality in an industry that struggles to find it. Combining his intense attention to detail, his leadership skills acquired during his time serving his country, and his passion for excellent customer service Joseph is committed to delivering the most reliable service in the industry.

He lives in East Limestone, AL with his family where he has strong ties to the community.
